A little world of awkward yet elegant birds is taking shape. After years of my quirky birds stealing the limelight, these vibrant and expressive oddlings are taking a new form. Their postures began as an exploration of my internal contradictions– the kinds we often hold all at once. Insecure yet audacious, fearful yet flamboyant, each bird carries these tensions with honesty and charm, revealing the beautifully human way we move through the world: imperfect, colorful, curious and full of life.
