Becoming Water

I'm a California-based painter and multidisciplinary artist exploring internal terrain. Through painting, sculpture, and narrative, I'm developing interconnected bodies of work that document the strange negotiations of being human.

The Birdfolk are a growing collection of paintings, sculptures, prints and more. Over the years they have become my joyful companions, and while you can find original paintings and reproductions on paper and canvas in the menu above, the Birdfolk have a whole new world unfolding on OFFBEATBIRDFOLK.COM that includes everyday objects as well.
