Returning to the Body is an intimate painting retreat for those who long to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and approach painting from a place of curiosity rather than perfection.

The weekend begins with a guided retreat experience centered on presence, movement, and creative exploration. Together we'll move between nature, conversation, reflection, and the studio, allowing our surroundings, our senses, and our lived experience to become the starting point for creative expression. Rather than focusing solely on technique or producing a polished painting, we'll explore painting as a practice of listening—to the body, to intuition, and to the unique creative voice that already exists within each of us.
