Join artist Jacqué Price in a 4 hour course painting a figure from life with a small intimate group in her private studio.
This course is dedicated to building upon a fundamental skillset. Learning to paint the figure from life, or direct observation, without reference photos is incredibly helpful to any visual artist. The course includes 4 main sections. Figure drawing, mixing paint, figure painting, and critique. Jacqué will take you through these four stages and offer guidance as needed in each area.
There is a second optional day for those that wish to jump start their creative flow. Day 2 is an add on for those that are participating in day 1, and you recieve a credit toward the cost of day 2 for attending both. The hours and coursework are similar, except that w…
